Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full Refund:
    Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled parking start time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Partial Refund:
    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding any non-refundable fees.

  • No Refund:
    No refunds will be issued for:

    • No-shows

    • Early returns

    • Unused parking days

    • Bookings cancelled after the parking start time

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, please:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Booking Modifications

  • Date and time changes are allowed subject to availability

  • Price differences may apply

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of flight cancellations, severe weather, or emergencies, we encourage you to contact our support team. Refunds in these cases are reviewed individually.
